Chris A. Barker has been certified as a Circuit Civil Mediator by the Florida Supreme Court and is a member of the Florida Academy of Professional Mediators and the Florida Circuit-Civil Mediator Society. Mr. Barker’s knowledge and experience in numerous areas of law provides the bedrock for effective assistance in resolving many types of civil disputes, both state and federal, including employment and labor cases, class actions, commercial litigation, civil rights and constitutional cases, all insurance disputes, including coverage issues, personal injury, premises liability, products liability, medical malpractice and workers’ compensation. Mediations are normally conducted at our offices in downtown Tampa. However, if you prefer, the mediation can be held at the participating attorney’s offices or other convenient location. Mr. Barker is available for mediation conferences throughout Hillsborough and Pinellas counties but is pleased to travel to other locations throughout Florida, including Manatee, Polk, Pasco, Alachua and Sarasota counties.
